​You can not say that all of these walking, talking people, displaying smiles on their faces are truly alive. 

For some deaths, my friend, are not physical.
They can not be seen or openly aggrieved.

Some tombstones are not made of soil or marble, raised a few inches above the ground.
They are built in depth of the trenches inside the heart, made of heaped emotions.

So all that you see & all that you hear are mere illusions. Not everyone is an archaeologist of the soul to detect & dig up the dead ones. And not every dead soul is placed in a museum for the whole world to witness its tragedy.
